Kevin Brown, LCAM, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

President & CEO

Kevin Brown has practiced in the community association management industry for more than 20 years. Early in Kevin’s career he was promoted to the position of General Manager for a high-rise building. He quickly realized that high-rise management checked all the boxes for a rewarding and exciting career. Since that time, Kevin has spent his time continuously honing his skill set for effective high-rise operations, and the management of the facilities associated with high-rise buildings. Kevin is fortunate that he has worked in executive positions for two of the country’s largest national community association management companies, both in Philadelphia and in Florida, giving him a unique perspective on how a local company can deliver superior services. Prior to founding KBManagement Services Group, Kevin served as CEO of the largest privately-owned community association management company in the Philadelphia market, with over 150 associations under contract. Kevin is client-focused and likes to work closely with his clients to ensure that quality services are delivered consistently.

Eve Pennington, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

Vice President

Eve Pennington is a seasoned real estate professional with over 35 years of experience in the industry. She has deep knowledge of local markets and her expertise spans the entire real estate spectrum, from property management and development to association governance and client relations. Her property management expertise is highlighted by her leadership roles at national real estate companies. She served as a Regional Manager for Trammell Crow Residential and Equity Residential, and a Vice President specializing in upscale residential management, acquisitions and development for a local developer. In addition to her development and management experience, Eve maintains a Real Estate License and has served on Association Boards, giving her valuable expertise and exposure to all aspect of association management. Her strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, passion for the industry and commitment to excellence has earned her a reputation as a trusted and respected leader.

Jen Ward

Operations Manager

Jen Ward has been in the association management industry for over 20 years. She began her career as an administrative assistant and has since steadily moved up the ranks to become an invaluable part of the corporate team. She has worked in virtually every phase of the association management field. Her 20 plus year career extends across business & learning strategies, organizational development, operations, corporate sustainability, and management systems. Jen has implemented a variety of internal controls designed to increase productivity and solidify workflow throughout the footprint. Jen is 1 of only 17 condominium election monitors in the state of Florida. Her areas of expertise include condominium elections, training, and knowledge of governing documents. Jen joined KBManagement Services Group in 2023 to bring expertise, guidance, and structure to the implementation of both internal and external systems.
